![]() Without wasting too much more time, I'll tell you a quick story: I used to pirate everything. And you'll at least attempt to make the most out of it before giving up on it. I promise you that if you pay for a DAW, a virtual instrument or a plugin that you will appreciate it. But you don't throw it away, because you paid for it. You might go on YouTube seeking out tutorials. So you're more inclined to figure out what you were doing wrong. There's a certain guilt associated with wasting your money. It's the people who buy their software (or anything else) that learn how to use it. So you just throw it out and search for the next magic-maker. You assume the product sucks, and that must be why it was so easy to crack. The reasoning behind this is because when you don't earn something, you really don't care if it doesn't work. ![]() This is often the case with free plugins as well. Malware and viruses aside, it's been my experience that with anything stolen, you simply won't appreciate what you have because there is no value associated with it. ![]()
